Ourly Privacy Policy

Ourly ("the Service") is an app for families and small groups to share photos and memories. We take your privacy seriously and handle your information as described below, in line with applicable law.

1. Information we collect

Account information: the nickname, email address, profile image, and social account identifier provided when you sign in with Kakao, Naver, Google, or Apple
Content you upload: photos and videos and their metadata (when and where they were taken — used to organize albums and show them on the map), along with posts, captions, and comments
Photo analysis data: automatic category tags and text found in photos, both generated on your own device, plus facial feature values (numeric vectors) and the names you assign to people so you can browse by person. This is available only to members of that group, and deleting a person removes the link to their name
Service logs: the minimum access records needed to diagnose errors

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the group photo and memory sharing service
To identify your account and authenticate sign-in
To respond to enquiries and improve the service

3. Retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as we provide the service to you. When you delete your account, your account information and the photos, videos, posts, and comments you uploaded are permanently deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. Where the law requires us to retain certain information, we keep only that information for the required period.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal information or provide it to third parties. Your content is shared only with members of the groups you belong to, according to the visibility you choose.

5. Processors (cloud infrastructure)

We use the following providers to operate the service.

Google Firebase — sign-in and authentication
Supabase — database hosting
Cloudflare — photo and video storage
Render — server hosting

6. Your rights

You can view, edit, and delete your information and content at any time inside the app, and you can remove your account and all of its data from Profile > Delete account. You can revoke device permissions (photos, camera, location, and so on) at any time in your device settings.

7. Children's information

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
